Why eat your vegetables in the morning when you can easily drink them! Save yourself time by juicing all your raw and refreshing vegetables and putting them into one juice.
In this juice is one of my favorite vegetables, cucumbers! You know why? Because of all the incredible benefits, especially for your skin! Cucumbers contain skin lovin’ minerals such as magnesium, silica, and potassium.
Beets are another key vegetable I added. Not only do beets have a naturally gorgeous color, but they also packed with health benefits! Beets contain valuable nutrients that may help lower your blood pressure, fight cancer and inflammation, boost your stamina, and support detoxification.

Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 3 asparagus
- 1 large cucumber
- 3 stalks of celery
- ½ beet
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ bell pepper
- ½ small bunch of curly parsley
- 1 handful of arugula
- 3 carrots
Directions:
- Wash vegetables thoroughly.
- Juice vegetables starting with the least water based first (parsley, arugula).
- Wash juicer. Enjoy!
