12 Top Tips For Healthy Digestion So That You Can Feel Great Everyday

Ready to feel great again? Today I’m going to be going over my 12 top tips for healthy digestion so that you can feel great every day.

Part of my journey of healing my body is that I had bad digestive issues. I was scared to eat. Every time I ate I would be bloated, had gas, and had constipation. I had all these issues and part of me rebuilding my body was figuring out how to have healthy digestion.
Let’s get right into these tips!

#1. Slow down and chew your food.

#2. Incorporate a routine eating schedule.

#3. Find a quiet and clean space to eat.

#4. Align your posture and your breathing before you eat.

#5. Eat mostly non-starchy vegetables.

#6. Incorporate food combining in principles.

#7. Omit or limit refined sugar, refined salt, an refined grains.

#8. Hydrate throughout the day.

#9. Eat fiber at every meal.

#10. Wait a few minutes after you eat and then take a relaxing walk.

#11. Get movement daily. Exercise improves the digestive process.

#12. Practice stress reduction. Holding on to stress and anxiety really makes it harder to digest food.
