Everyone lacks motivation at times, it’s normal. When you lack motivation, what do you do? Look at what highly motivated people to get inspiration and empowerment. Today, we’re gonna be talking about 21 secret characteristics of highly motivated people, and how to jump start your motivation no matter what is happening in your life.
Motivation is key and we all want more of it. I know for me in my life, I’ve had a lot of challenges and struggles. Especially after I had my injuries, it was hard to get motivated to even get out of bed, let alone try to heal my body.
So, what are these key things that highly motivated people do that are consistent to be able to get that motivation, and to jump start that motivation?
#1. Enthusiasm.
#2. Being excited.
#3. Have desire in what you’re doing.
#4. Have drive. This also will be called training the will.
#5. Have true love for what you’re doing.
#6. Curiosity.
#7. Courage to succeed.
#8. Internal motivation, self direction, and self worth.
#9. Commitment to excellence.
#10. Have discipline.
#11. Being consistent.
#12. Determination.
#13. Be organized and to have time management.
#14. Be relaxed and focused at the same time. I love teaching that one.
#15. Ability to handle adversity.
#16. Have a positive outlook and positive attitude.
#17. Visualize your goals, daily.
#18. Practice. Within this, it’s experimenting, experiencing, and then having feedback and then doing it again.
#19. Build a harmonious lifestyle. Within this it’s knowing thyself or knowing yourself.
#20. Gratitude.
#21. Have fun and have lots of joy in whatever you’re doing or whatever you’re trying to get motivated about.
These are just a few things to think about. There’s more here and I didn’t get to explain the meaning behind each one, but it’s being able to work with these things. To have awareness and be able to slow down. To see what we can do to improve so that we can get motivated no matter what’s happening in our life.
