6 Important Concepts About The Secrets Of Living A Happy Life That I Received From Studying Ancient Wisdom

Need a little happiness in your life? Today I’m going to be talking about six important concepts about the secrets of living a happy life that I received from studying ancient wisdom!

Part of my journey of healing my body after all my injuries was studying a lot of systems of information, especially ancient wisdom. What are some of these concepts?

#1. Keep it simple. This really applies to all aspects of life in your relationships, in your career, in your health and wellness. If it’s complicated, you’ve got to keep it simple and then simplify some more.

#2. Do less more often. This is about simplicity and clarity, and what is sustainable. Being able to do less more often.

#3. Be patient. Be patient with yourself, with others, with life, with any process you go through. There’s so much wisdom here.

#4. Think not all wisdom is in your school. This is an ancient Hawaiian saying. Have an open mind, that there’s wisdom outside of your school and what you believe in and to be open to that.

#5. Clutter in the mind, clutter in the body. Clutter in the body, clutter in the mind. Clean up the mind, clean up the body.

If you just slow down and think about that, the mind is in every cell of our body. If we don’t have the right mindset, belief systems, and values, and if we’re going through something no matter what it is in life, especially if it’s health and wellness, if we’re dealing with a disease state or a lot of pain, if it’s in our career in our relationships, if we don’t have the correct mindset, our body is not going to be working with us. This took a lot for me to understand, especially in my own healing journey, is that I had to work on mindset and then my body started healing. If we have a lot going on in our mind, it’s going to show up in the body, in the mind-body connection.

#6. Travel the middle path. This is about what is sustainable, and it’s really about moderation. Especially if you’re a high achiever and you like to go into extremes. I always look at it that if you have high expectations, it’s high disappointments.

A lot of times we’re going up and down, up and down, up and down, what is the middle path? What is it for you? It’s about self-mastery and what is sustainable? This is something I had to correct in my life. Then I started getting the results that I wanted and I started healing and getting my life back.
