For the past 10+ years, I have been working toward fulfilling my life’s purpose to create global impact by providing people with the skill sets and tools they need to live the lives they’re intended to. A huge part of that has been sharing health, mindset, communication, and wellness tips with thousands through The Harmony Method® and KatyKvalvik.com, as well as the Performance Empowerment Group. Today, I’m so thrilled and proud to announce the next step in my professional journey.

0n January 26, 2019, I officially became part of the Southwestern Family of Companies. Founded in 1855, Southwestern Family of Companies is comprised of more than two dozen employee-owned member companies across a range of industries, all with the shared goals of building purpose-driven people and positively impacting communities worldwide.

As many of you know, nearly 12 years ago, I was able to heal my body after two life-altering accidents. The result of that journey was The Harmony Method®, a total lifestyle system that provides a step-by-step customized blueprint for healing your body from the inside out, aging gracefully, and looking and feeling your absolute best each and every day. At the same time, I created the Performance Empowerment Group, which helped executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs with integrative leadership performance strategies for themselves, their teams, and organizations.

My own healing, further education, and all the trials and tribulations became a blueprint for what I could do for others. I soon realized, after helping thousands of people just like you, I desperately wanted to take my life’s purpose and mission to a global level.

About two years ago, a mutual friend introduced me to Dustin Hills, CEO of Southwestern Family of Companies. It only took five minutes over the phone for us to recognize the alignment in both our personal and professional values. From the moment I heard about Southwestern, I knew they were the type of company and global platform I could see myself partnering with to provide more value and service to my current followers and clients, and to continue empowering millions of people all over the world.

After many months of discussion and planning, Southwestern Empowerment was born.

At Southwestern Empowerment, our mission is to empower individuals, groups, and organizations to elevate performance and impact by giving them the tools, training, and accountability needed to find and develop their deeper purpose, ignite positive change, and achieve lasting results. Our purpose is to create global impact by empowering people with advanced skill sets to fulfill their missions in life. We hope to fulfill our mission and purpose through various lanes of personal and professional services including unique events, speaking engagements, and executive coaching.

An immersive and valuable experience taking place over three action-packed days in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee. We’ll be expanding out to California by the end of the year. Each day will be made up of content-rich curriculum and exercises you need to experience powerful breakthroughs that will help you excel in both your personal and professional life. The event is designed to take you on a step-by-step journey through gaining clarity on your goals, optimizing your leadership abilities within yourself and others, and enhancing every area of your life. Maximize Your Results Workshop

As a first step on the journey to Empowerment Mastery, Southwestern Empowerment is providing local Tennessee companies and organizations with a free 75-minute workshop designed to empower individuals and groups with strategies, tools, and skills for elevated performance and results. Later this year, California companies and organizations will also be able to take advantage of this invaluable workshop. The Maximize Your Results workshop will provide attendees with:
