Make your own coconut custard. This is how:
Step 1: Buy two Young Thai Coconuts.
Step 2: With a butcher knife, cut a small square out at the top of the coconut.
Step 3: Use a straw to sip half the amount of coconut water out. Empty the rest of the coconut into the Vitamix or a high speed blender (this should be about a cup).
Step 4: Cut up the coconut by making a bigger hole and scoop out the coconut meat and put it in the blender.
Step 5: Take the second coconut and repeat steps 1 and 2. You either can drink all the coconut water in the coconut or empty it to save for later.
Step 6: Once all the coconut water is out you can repeat step 4.
Step 7: Now that you have coconut meat from two coconuts and about a cup of coconut water, turn the blender on to slow speed. Increase speed and if you are using the Vitamix you can go up to high speed.
Step 8: (optional) You can add stevia to sweeten or just leave it plain.
This takes about 5 minutes.
