Salad in a Glass

Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 3 green kale leaves
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 head of romaine
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 handful of curly parsley
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 radishes
- 2 small cucumbers
Directions
- Wash vegetables thoroughly.
- Juice vegetables starting with the least water based first (parsley, kale).
- Wash juicer.
