I little while ago I was at a workshop in Hawaii! I made this quick video for you to let you know why I drink so much green juice. I think I found the only juicery on the Big Island!
In my green juice is kale, cucumber, celery, parsley, and spinach. Why I drink so much green juice is it has so many vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K. These vitamins and minerals give me so much energy, especially magnesium. It’s going to create movement in the body and help my nervous system. Things like silica that’s in the cucumber is going to make my skin glow!
Another reason is that when you drink green juice it helps to carry any excess acids away from the body. A lot of times we hear that acid is bad for us, and we actually need acids in the body such as hydrochloric acid that’s in our stomach to start breaking down food, to kill any parasites or bacteria, and to help the whole digestive process.
Stress, being around pollution, and eating toxic food creates all this excess acid. It also creates a lot of excess heat in the body. The green juice really helps with carrying that away. It helps to decongest the liver too, which we need for digestion, and also to be able to assimilate and absorb all our nutrients.
It’s something that I drink every single day, and when I’m traveling I’m always looking for green juice.
When I found green juice and vegetable juice, it changed my life. I’m a big believer in it, and it’s something that can also really hydrate you.
It helps with, again, all-day energy. It helps me with maintaining my weight, and then also just keeping my stress levels down. It makes it so that I don’t have headaches, because of the magnesium and hydration.
