I am so excited to share with you the secret benefits of exercising. Exercising and working out has always been a big part of my life.

Then I was in two consecutive accidents, where I had to rebuild my whole entire body. I was in a lot of chronic pain, had a lot of fatigue, and was always tired. I really lacked motivation to exercise.

Whenever I lack motivation, I’m always looking for inspiration, and that’s looking at the benefits. No matter where you are in your life, it’s looking at what are these inspirations. Then also, where do you start? Is it just walking? Is it stretching, doing something easy just to get back into movement? Let’s go over these benefits!
